When it comes to recruitment, Sam (Founder & Director) has the passion and the know-how to deliver results. After studying Human Resource Management, he quickly realised that his passion was in understanding how to build, manage and grow the single greatest asset in business; people.
Having built and managed various successful sales teams, Sam’s experience began in Sales & Management, where he quickly learned the importance of high achievement, competition and lifelong learning & development.
Sam has always been highly driven and motivated to achieve great things. This determination was recognised by a number of previous employers, who honoured him with awards such as Salesperson & Sales Manager of the year on three different occasions! Sam’s skills go beyond sales – and has also enriched customer experiences, overachieved sales targets and built highly productive and engaged teams through coaching.
